Ru­mi­a­na Ebert (Bul­ga­rian Rumna Ebert, born Koschuc­ha­ro­nja, in 1945 in Plov­div, Bul­ga­ria) by ori­gin from Bul­ga­ria, is Ger­man wri­ter, tran­sla­tor and edi­tor.
Ru­mi­a­na Ebert emi­gra­ted in 1966 to Ger­many. She stu­died che­mi­stry at Fa­culty of Tec­hni­cal sci­en­ce in Mu­nich and mu­si­co­logy at Uni­ver­sity of He­i­del­berg. Lo­ca­ted in Ger­many and Snjit­ze­r­land, she works as an in­de­pen­dent con­sul­tant for in­tel­lec­tual pro­perty. In 1992 she re­ce­i­ved Man­nhe­i­mer award for short story. In 1995 she was an as­so­ci­a­te for So­uth-Ger­man ra­dio in Stut­tgart. In 1996 she re­ce­i­ved Grand Pridž de la Vil­le d’En­sis­he­im for po­e­try and in 2007 He­in­rich Vet­ter Li­te­ra­tur­pre­is der Stad­tMan­nhe­im for po­e­try.
